LadsPad is committed to providing the best customer service to our customers. Our terms and conditions apply to the use of our websites and the conduct of the sale of retail goods to our customers. By purchasing from this website, or any of our partner websites you are entering into and agreeing to the following contractual agreement, also known as our Terms and Conditions.
All product images used on this site are the only representative of goods on offer, actual goods may not be exactly the same colour, design or packaging.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure that the product details and prices are correct, any typographical or system errors in pricing will not be deemed part of the contract. Acceptance of the contract is made upon delivery. Your order will be sent to the address provided in your account details.
Some of our products, colours and designs may vary slightly from the ones advertised on the website. Also, in order to dispatch some products as fast as possible (Especially over the Christmas period) you may receive default packaging which may not state upgraded specifications and customisation chosen by us. However, the packaging will never affect the quality of our products.
Please note: If a product is marked as "powered by Samsung" it means the battery powering the device is Samsung. This does not mean the item is manufactured by Samsung.
As with all electronic devices, please be careful whist they are in use. We will not be held accountable for misuse or accidents whilst using a any of our products. Also, as with all electronic devices, please don't leave them charging over night.
Faulty Items, Delayed Items and Warranty
Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If, however, your item develops a fault within 14 days of purchase please contact customer services. Refunds/exchanges are subject to a reasonable expectation of performance and fair use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Please follow the instructions set out in our Returns Procedure.
Some of our products may come with a manufacturers warranty which will cover any manufacturing defects.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, stunts, liquid damage, battery use (after 14 days), Bluetooth issues or failure to take adequate care of the product.
We accept exchanges and refunds within 14 days of purchase. All returned products must be returned in original condition and must not have been used.
Once returned you will receive a refund within 1-7 days which will be applied to same payment method. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If you decide to return your product for any other reason you are liable for the cost of return postage and responsible for the safe return of the product to us.
Please contact us if you wish to return your product and we will provide you with the returns address. (Please do not return to our office address)
Please accept our apologies if you have received the wrong item or if it’s damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you’ve received the wrong item you must return the item in the same condition you received it in within 14 days to qualify for a refund or a replacement. For damaged or faulty items please contact us as soon as possible. You’ll need to explain where the fault or damage is located and we’ll then explain what to do next. Please contact us first before returning the item. Do not attempt to fix a faulty or damaged item as this will void the warranty and we will unable to accept any returns. If an item is faulty, we reserve the right to have the board repaired by one of our partner repair shops in your area.
Please accept our apologies if you have not received your item on the specified date. This happens very rarely but when it does we appreciate how frustrating it can be and will do our best to resolve this as quickly as possible. Before contacting us please leave a reasonable amount of time to allow your delivery to arrive (14 days), our estimated delivery times are shown on our couriers tracking page. Delivery may be delayed by couriers due to busy periods such as Christmas or due to adverse weather conditions.
Lithium-ion (Li-ion) Batteries
Please note that all Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries need to be charged from time to time to keep them running smoothly. If the battery is left idle for a long period of time it may develop charging issues. Please take care to fully charge any electronics which are powered with Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries after use. Please be advised, if you are likely to leave it for a long period of time without a charge, especially if the device is left with a low or completely depleted battery, it could be completely dead by the time you come to use it again and won’t charge at all. Unfortunately this is the case with all Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries. If this happens, the battery is not covered under the warranty.
The logos and names on our websites are registered trademarks and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission.
We do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product nor the right to copy them.
The copyright on our websites and the content of all the software, website and pages relating to our website is owned by, or licensed to us, unless otherwise specified and may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent.
Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of our websites, all photographs on it and it’s marketing materials.
You may use our websites for private and personal non-commercial use only - i.e. to view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing orders. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose.

Using specific products, especially but not limited to bikes, karts, scooters or hoverboards or any electronic transportation devices or electrical device carries an inherent risk of injury, damage to property or even death. You agree to only use the product within your abilities. You agree not to use the product if it is faulty or develops a fault. Furthermore, If the product you have purchased has a manufacturing defect or fault it may be covered under the manufacturers warranty and therefore fully replaced. Alternatively, once an agreement is in place, replacement parts may be sent. You agree to always wear a helmet, pads and any other protective equipment to limit your risk. Familiarise yourself to stop (slide), mount and dis-mount and don’t board in traffic or other dangerous locations that may increase your risk.
